Licence and Apple terms
ClipAura is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app. These product terms explain ClipAura-specific services and do not replace rights you have under applicable law.
Monthly subscriptions
Creator, Studio, and Agency are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple. The price and renewal period shown by StoreKit at purchase are controlling. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation.
Tier access
Creator includes premium templates, 4K export, watermark removal, and AI captions. Studio adds advanced AI effects, subject cutout, and Pro transitions. Agency adds Business Reel and Brand Kit workflows. Product availability may depend on device capability, internet access, and third-party service availability.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You are responsible for having permission to use media, music, logos, prompts, and other inputs you provide, and for checking the finished output before publishing it.
Hosted AI
Hosted AI is optional and starts only after a disclosure and consent step. Results may be unavailable, delayed, refused by provider safety systems, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review generated output before relying on or publishing it.
Accounts and deletion
ClipAura creates a private guest identity for cloud profile persistence. Sign in with Apple is optional. Deleting the ClipAura account removes server-side identity, profile, AI usage, and task history, but does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete local projects.
