ResumeStudio is an offline-first career workspace. Résumés, applications, cover letters, contacts, offers, interview history, and career evidence are stored on your device by default. Connected processing happens only when you choose a feature that requires it.

Not collected for advertising

  • Résumés, photos, layouts, versions, and exports

Processed only when requested

  • Apple Vision reads selected screenshots or scans locally.
  • Apple Foundation Models may process eligible lightweight tasks locally.
  • OpenAI receives a redacted, task-specific request through Firebase for connected AI.
  • Apple receives purchase requests and returns entitlement status.
  • iCloud receives the workspace archive only when sync is enabled.

Hosted by explicit action

  • Review Rooms upload a selected PDF and reviewer metadata.
  • Trackable links upload a selected PDF and privacy-safe engagement totals.
  • Public CV pages upload the selected résumé and chosen public profile fields.
  • All hosted surfaces can be withdrawn or deleted.

Optional product measurement

Anonymous product insights are off by default. When you opt in, only allow-listed event names, plan tier, AI route, app version, and a coarse onboarding goal are sent for aggregate product improvement. Résumé content, identity, company names, job descriptions, URLs, advertising identifiers, and persistent analytics IDs are prohibited. Aggregate daily documents expire after 90 days.
